We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office, supporting staff, and handling administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and clients when required.
  • Support HR functions such as maintaining employee records, attendance, and assisting with onboarding.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and project teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Office Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
