Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Support Engineer located in Puducherry. The Field Support Engineer will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues at client locations. Key responsibilities include providing technical support and customer service, resolving technical issues promptly, and collaborating with the team to enhance service delivery. The engineer will ensure that all client systems are operational and efficiently maintained.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Can visit our Restaurant Partners in the Field.
  • Provide service and customer support during field visits.
  • Install our POS software in their System / Device.
  • Give training about our product to our client.
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions to resolve their queries.
  • Build positive relationships with customers.
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
  • Understand the Root Cause for the ongoing problem.
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged.

Additional Qualification and Skills:

● Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software along with different OS environments like Windows/Linux/Mac OS.

● Software Installation and Training.

● Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
