Meghayu Pharma is a growing Ayurvedic pharmaceutical and wellness company dedicated to providing premium-quality products at affordable prices. We are now expanding our digital presence and seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and online sales.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively.
  • Performance Marketing
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, and other platforms.
  • Drive ROI through performance-based campaigns.
  • SEO & Content Marketing
  • Oversee SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, keyword research, backlinks).
  • Plan and execute content marketing (blogs, product descriptions, social media posts).
  • E-commerce & Marketplaces
  • Manage product listings, promotions, and campaigns on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, TATA 1mg, and other marketplaces.
  • Track sales, reviews, and optimize conversions.
  • Social Media Management
  • Build strong online communities through consistent, engaging content.
  • Run influencer collaborations and digital campaigns to enhance visibility.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Use insights to optimize campaigns and achieve sales/traffic targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG, Pharma, Wellness, or
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Amazon Seller Central, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and deliver growth.
