Role Overview:

The Admin / HR Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations and assisting in basic HR activities. This includes managing day-to-day administrative functions, vendor coordination, record maintenance, and supporting recruitment and employee engagement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee general office administration, housekeeping, supplies, and facility management.
  • Manage vendor coordination, procurement, courier services, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and update attendance, leave, and employee records.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding, including interview scheduling and documentation.
  • Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and staff activities.
  • Prepare and maintain administrative and HR files, contracts, and policy documents.
  • Assist with payroll inputs, reimbursements, and HR compliance records.
  • Communicate HR updates, notices, and announcements to employees.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with HR or Administration background.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR support or office administration.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR documentation.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Professional, approachable, and proactive in resolving issues.
