Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Oracle Techno Functional Specialist to join us.
This is a role that blends deep business process understanding with strong technical, configuration and solution design skills.
You will partner closely with our global Finance and Revenue teams to support and enhance key Oracle Fusion modules - Revenue Management (RMCS), Subscription Management, and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Ownership & Support

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Revenue Management (RMCS) OR Subscription Management (OSS) modules.

• Provide end-to-end production support — from troubleshooting to root cause analysis and permanent resolution.

• Manage and optimize configurations, setups, and controls across revenue-related modules.

• Support AR processes such as invoicing, collections, and cash applications.

2. Enhancements & Solution Design

• Collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to analyze issues, identify gaps, and design scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs (FDDs/TDDs).

• Participate and/or lead in testing cycles - unit, integration, and UAT for enhancement, new features, projects, patches, and releases.

• Implement automation or process improvements using Oracle Process Automation, Groovy scripting, or third-party RPA tools.

3. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Stay up to date on Oracle Fusion Cloud updates and new features; assess their business impact, implement and adoption readiness.

• Partner cross-functionally with integrations, security, and reporting teams to ensure smooth data and process flow across systems.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of techno-functional experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion Financials, preferably within global enterprises.

• Strong hands-on expertise in at least one of the following modules (configuration is mandatory):

  • Revenue Management (RMCS): Setup, contract identification, allocation rules, ASC 606/IFRS 15 compliance.

  • Subscription Management: Setup, APIs, Groovy scripting, and integration with Order Management and Billing.

• Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) application, processes and configurations.

• Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash business flow.

• Ability to write and debug SQL/PLSQL queries and work with Oracle Fusion APIs.

• Experience creating BI Publisher or FRS reports and dashboards.

• Exposure to Agile environments and global cross-functional collaboration.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a passion for using technology to simplify business operations.

• Clear written and verbal communication

• Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your role as well as use data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Additional Preferred Qualifications: 

• Knowledge of other Oracle Fusion modules (GL, AP, CM).

• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools.

• Experience in performance tuning, automation, and process optimization.

• Understanding of AI/ML applications in finance automation and insights.

• Oracle Fusion or related professional certification.

This role will closely work with teams in the US and EMEA region.
