The Senior Analyst, Business Development Operations role is part of our corporate Business Development (BD) team that is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of global BD initiatives, including strategic technology alliances and partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for Business Insights & Reporting and help support technology partner go-to-market operations with tools such as , Tableau, and Google Suite. In addition to these tools, you will use Excel and PowerPoint to present outcomes from the data analytics to support go-to-market programs with technology partners, and provide the insights needed to support strategic and decision making to fuel sales growth.You will:

• Create and enhance Salesforce reports
• Own ad-hoc analytics and account mapping requests from BD team
• BD weekly, monthly, and quarterly analytics
• Support operational programs to improve engagement and effect with Technology Partners
• Support US based BD team, while collaborating with India based Business Intelligence, Sales Operations and Marketing Operations teams

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Engineering or MBA degree, with 6 to 8 years of sales operations experience in the software industry required.
• Interpret and translate our requirements and goals into a structured analytical approach and methodologies to deliver expected outputs
• Must be technical and uses the following tools daily with expert-level proficiency: Salesforce (SFDC) and Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Skills to organize data, obtain insights, high accuracy in work, and timeline adherence.
• To manage multiple, concurrent projects and to work independently.
• Collaboration skills with all levels including senior executives and external partners. Prior experience working with US based teams.
