KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. GENERATE LEADS THROUGH FIELD VISITS ,REFERRALS ,AND NETWORKING .

. MEET PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS, UNDERSTAND THEIR REQUIREMENTS ,AND PRESENT SUITABLE HOUSING SOLUTIONS

. CONDUCT SITE VISITS AND EXPLAIN PROJECT FEATURES ,AMENITIES, AND PRICING

. BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS FOR REPEAT AND REFERRAL BUSINESS

. ACHIEVE MONTHLY SALES TARGET AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMPANY'S GROWTH

. MAINTAIN RECORDS OF SALES ACTIVITIES ,INQUIRIES ,AND CLIENT INTERACTIONS

.COORDINATE WITH THE SALES TEAM AND MANAGEMENT FOR REPORTING AND UPDATES

REQUIREMENTS:

MBA IN SALES AND MARKETING

4-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN FIELD SALES ( ONLY REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE )

GOOD COMMUNICATION, NEGOTIATION AND PRESENTATION SKILLS

ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND ACHIEVE TARGETS

TWO WHEELER AND VALID DRIVING LICENSE MANDATORY
