About the Role

We are seeking a
Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) experienced Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst
for a
9-month contract role (extendable)
based in
Bangalore
. The ideal candidate will lead the development and enhancement of GRC solutions, translating business needs into actionable features, while aligning with broader compliance and risk strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the
    product vision and roadmap
    for GRC tools and platforms.
  • Analyze, document, and validate
    GRC requirements
    across multiple business units.
  • Prioritize and manage the
    product backlog
    based on business value and compliance priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with
    stakeholders
    , developers, and QA teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Lead
    sprint planning
    , backlog grooming, and product release cycles using Agile/Scrum.
  • Draft
    user stories, acceptance criteria
    , and functional specifications.
  • Support
    internal and external audits
    , risk assessments, and compliance remediation activities.
  • Develop and maintain
    GRC policies, standards, and operating procedures
    .
  • Monitor
    product performance
    , gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on evolving
    regulatory requirements
    and integrate changes into the GRC roadmap.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience as a
    Product Owner
    or
    Senior Business Analyst
    , preferably in
    GRC
    or
    Cybersecurity
    domains.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Agile/Scrum methodologies
    .
  • Familiarity with major
    compliance standards
    such as
    ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR
    , etc.
  • Hands-on experience with
    GRC platforms
    (e.g.,
    RSA Archer, OneTrust, ZenGRC
    , or similar).
  • Understanding of
    cloud environments
    , particularly
    AWS
    .
  • Strong
    analytical
    ,
    problem-solving
    , and
    communication
    skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
