Job Role:

Credibly challenge and provide guidance to Business Leaders on the creation and validation of their key performance or risk indicators. Assist the team maintain the library in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance system of record.

Experience & Qualifications:

Core Skills for Metric Review and Validation

  1. Analytical and Quantitative Skills

  2. Ability to interpret metric definitions, thresholds, and tiering logic.

  3. Proficiency in validating calculations (numerator/denominator), population logic, and compliance logic.

  4. Familiarity with statistical analysis and risk modeling tools is essential.

  5. Data Integrity and Technical Validation

  6. Competence in verifying source data repositories and system-of-record queries.

  7. Understanding of data lineage, change control, and production integrity processes.

  8. Experience with ServiceNow workflows and documentation tracking.

  9. Risk and Compliance Acumen

  10. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., OCC Heightened Standards) and client/investor guidelines.

  11. Ability to assess metrics for compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

  12. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  13. Coordination with Metric Owners, IT QA, Compliance, and Servicing Reporting teams.

  14. Engagement with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) for credible challenge and oversight.

  15. Documentation and Reporting

  16. Skill in drafting validation memos, metric inventories, and review outlines .

  17. Ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders, including board-level reporting for Tier 1 breaches.

  18. Process and Governance Knowledge

  19. Familiarity with the Metric Tier Framework (Tier 13) and breach escalation protocols 5.

  20. Understanding of annual and monthly validation cycles, including ERM quarterly reviews.

  21. The candidate should be comfortable to work in night shift

  23. Two-way cab facility will be provided
