About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Education Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding students toward the right academic and career pathways, assisting them through admissions processes, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience from inquiry to enrollment.

The candidate should have a deep understanding of both domestic and international education systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven record of helping students achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career options, admission processes, and universities.
  • Assess student profiles and provide personalized academic and career guidance.
  • Manage the end-to-end counseling process — from lead generation and follow-up to successful enrollment.
  • Stay updated with the latest education trends, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa processes for various countries.
  • Conduct seminars, webinars, and workshops to promote educational programs.
  • Mentor and train junior counselors to maintain quality and consistency in counseling.
  • Build and maintain relationships with institutions, universities, and partner organizations.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly enrollment targets set by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as an Education Counselor (preferably in study abroad or higher education domain).
  • Strong knowledge of international education systems (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
