Role Overview We’re looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and motivatedEducation Counselorto join ourGurugram team . In this role, you will support students and their families with course selection, applications, and education pathways, helping them achieve meaningful academic and career outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one counseling to students and families about study options, courses, and institutions. Assess student goals, qualifications, and aspirations to recommend suitable education pathways. Assist with the full application process, including documentation, submissions, and coordination with institutions. Stay updated on admission policies, education requirements, visa rules, and scholarship opportunities in Australia and globally. Maintain accurate records of student interactions using CRM systems. Organize and participate in education seminars, workshops, and promotional events. Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, migration consultants, and community partners. Collaborate with the CECA team to develop customized education and migration plans. Qualifications Minimum2 years’ experiencein education counseling or a related advisory role—preferably in Australian education or migration sectors. Strong understanding ofAustralian education systems, student visas, and international student processes . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to guide and influence. Ability to assess student needs and provide clear, tailored recommendations. Passionate about helping students succeed academically and professionally.
