Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a YouTube Strategist located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The YouTube Strategist will oversee the channel growth by developing and executing content strategies that align with audience preferences and brand objectives. Responsibilities will include managing content calendars, conducting analytics-driven performance reviews, optimizing video descriptions, titles, and tags, monitoring trends, and collaborating with production teams to ensure high-quality output. The strategist will also focus on audience engagement and identifying opportunities for increased visibility and subscriber growth.
Qualifications
- Strategic YouTube planning skills, including content calendar development and audience targeting
- Proficient knowledge of SEO for video optimization, metadata, and tagging
- Data analysis skills for assessing video and channel performance
- Familiarity with current trends, platform tools, and YouTube policies
- Strong team collaboration and communication abilities
- Experience in video production, editing, and storytelling is a plus
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and digital content strategies preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field
