With your working knowledge of the components and dataflow within AI systems, you will collaborate to develop use cases and solutions that monitor these. You will also provide guidance on leveraging AIs inherent capabilities to improve how we deliver our existing solutions to our customers. As a Value Engineer, you will be more than just a technical wizardyou will be a trusted partner to our global customers, guiding them toward success

You will :

• Create systems that dives into monitoring AI models and workflows
• Design agentic models that fully use our monitoring capabilities and features
• Dive deep into the journey of every customer, understanding their pain points and aspirations and how AI might help speed up adoption
• Work as a bridge between Customer and Product management/Engineering and contribute in implementing AI related use cases.
• Like any typical Value engineer, you will provide observability analysis from every perspective, ensuring our solutions align perfectly with their needs.
• Keep the end user in mind because their experience matters most.
• Specialize in proactive intelligence and insights, offering unmatched expertise.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• Advanced degrees (Ph.D.) or relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or agentic AI are welcome

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python (essential), with additional experience in JavaScript, R, or Java being advantageous
• Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and neural network architectures
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, AutoGPT, OpenAI API)
• Hands on experience on Model Context Protocol, Agent to Agent protocol etc.
• Experience integrating AI agents with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications
• Experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular) is a plus
• The knowledge and drive to remain at the forefront of the rapidly advancing AI landscape while helping our teams navigate the same.

Professional Experience

• Hands-on experience in AI/ML/NLP development, with a focus on autonomous agents and agentic AI
• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI workflows and automation solutions
• Experience leading or mentoring teams, especially in senior or principal roles

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with stakeholders
• Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in fast-paced environments
• Adaptability and a continuous learning mindset

Certifications (a plus)

• Certified Artificial Intelligence (AI) Expert
• Certified Generative AI Expert
• Applied Generative AI Certificate
• Certified Prompt Engineer
