Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will play a significant role in the growth and success of our business by driving traffic, engagement, and conversions through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy and Implementation:

  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Implement on-page SEO tactics including meta tags, headings, and content optimization to improve search rankings.
  • Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building and content marketing.
  • Content Development:
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into content across websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Optimize existing content to enhance search visibility and user engagement.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze SEO and digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • Provide regular reports on SEO performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Digital Marketing Campaigns:

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google AdWords, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and strategies.

Social Media Management:

  • Enhance our social media presence by creating engaging content and strategies tailored for different platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends and leverage them for brand promotion.

Website Management:

  • Collaborate with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are followed in website design and architecture.
  • Perform regular website audits to identify areas of improvement.


Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Must-Have Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of current SEO tools and practices (like ahrefs, moz, SEMRush)
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant tools
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinker with a results-driven approach.

Good to Have:

  • Certification in Google Analytics & Google AdWords.
  • Experience in managing large-scale SEO and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration.
