As a Recruitment Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our company's growth by managing the full lifecycle of recruitment for both our in-house positions and our valued clients. You will be the key link between talented candidates and exciting career opportunities, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer placement.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
  • Foster long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.
  • Ensure a smooth, communicative, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Prepare and present daily and weekly recruitment activity reports to management.

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter (experience with both IT and Non-IT hiring is a significant plus).
  • Hands-on experience with popular job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple open requirements simultaneously.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a team-player mentality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8, ₹12,500.00 per month
