Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cost and Subsidy Manager, based in Uttar Pradesh, India. The responsibilities of the role include managing cost analysis, financial modeling, subsidy claims, and compliance procedures related to subsidies. The role also involves monitoring production costs, developing efficiency strategies, ensuring regulatory adherence, and preparing reports to support financial and operational decision-making. Collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders will also be required to ensure optimal subsidy management and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Should be commerce graduate with CA/CMA
  • Proficiency in cost analysis, financial modeling, and financial planning
  • Experience with subsidy claims management and compliance documentation
  • Knowledge of production costs, efficiency improvement techniques, and cost control strategies
  • Strong skills in data analysis, report preparation, and decision-making based on financial insights
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Understanding of the fertilizer or chemical manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools is an advantage
