  • Asset Management and  Infrastructure Management
  • Facility Management Services, Security, Housekeeping, Cafeteria, transport, water, Space planning & management, plumbing, electrical, repair & maintenance for timely work done according to requirements
  • Responsible for fixed assets, repair & maintenance &IT infrastructure, etc.
  • Housekeeping, security, cafeteria, and repair & maintenance work.
  • School transportation including route making, hiring of drivers and conductors, maintenance of buses and Vans and Cabs, etc. Transportation Vendor Management.
  • Monitor the cash flow, budget, and inventories
  • Identification of new suppliers to support business requirements & cost optimization
  • Building strong business relationships with suppliers for long-term competitive advantage
  • Responsible for processing and payment of vendor and service-related bills and payment tracking along with accounts
  • Maintain all checklists and certificates for each service and ensure a timely Audit is performed for costing and safety checking.
  • Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance for office equipment, furniture & fixtures, communications, and fittings, including carpentry, plumbing, civil and electrical works at the unit.
  • Conduct Safety Audits, Costing Audits& Spot checking/Supervising for better service and cost optimization
  • Manage daily branch expenses, annual events, and corporate events.
Soft Skills:
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong capacity for attention to detail, problem-solving
Experience: 10-20 years in Administration. Experience in a K12 School would be ideal
