We are looking for an
Art Director
to join our full-time opportunity.

If you can turn ideas into powerful visuals, are skilled with design tools, and can bring concepts to life with imagination, precision, and a strong sense of brand storytelling, we would love to meet you. You will work closely with our creative and copy teams to develop campaigns, social content, brand identities, and marketing collaterals that stand out and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop
    visual concepts, layouts, and artworks
    for campaigns, digital, print, and social media.
  • Translate briefs into compelling
    visual narratives
    while staying true to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and creative leads to craft integrated campaigns.
  • Deliver
    designs, illustrations, and mock-ups
    that bring ideas to life.
  • Explore and experiment with
    new design styles, trends, and techniques
    to keep work fresh.
  • Ensure
    consistency, quality, and attention to detail
    across all deliverables.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers where needed, sharing feedback and design best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects with
    tight deadlines
    while maintaining high creative standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in design/visualisation (preferably in an agency setup).
  • The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and a native Arabic speaker, with strong speaking and writing skills in both languages.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing
    campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling
    .
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • Understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to take feedback positively and refine ideas quickly.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to
    balance creativity with functionality
    .
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Nice to have

  • Motion graphics / basic animation skills.
  • Experience working on
    digital-first campaigns
    .
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
