Role & responsibilities

  • Deliver targets for their respective region
  • Ensure PO delivery
  • Coordinate with SCM for stocks
  • Activate regional accounts and drive their business
  • Capture on ground competition data
  • Listing of NPD in regional accounts
  • Prepare demand FC basis inputs from KAM's
  • Execution of visibility as directed by KAM's
  • Report OOS or SOS issues with KAM's
  • Monthly meeting with regional category buyers
  • Develop and manage distribution networks
  • Monthly Promoter review meeting

Preferred candidate profile

  • Hands-on experience managing national or regional MT chains

Exposure to:

  1. Direct MT accounts and/or distributor-led MT
  2. Store-level execution + HO negotiations

Strong understanding of:

  1. Margins, commercials, P&L impact
  2. Trade spends and scheme effectiveness

Experience managing:

  1. MT promoters / merchandisers
  2. Distributor sales teams

Currently the openings are for Chandigarh, Lucknow, Bangalore and Chennai locations
