Opening For the position of Area Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities
- Deliver targets for their respective region
- Ensure PO delivery
- Coordinate with SCM for stocks
- Activate regional accounts and drive their business
- Capture on ground competition data
- Listing of NPD in regional accounts
- Prepare demand FC basis inputs from KAM's
- Execution of visibility as directed by KAM's
- Report OOS or SOS issues with KAM's
- Monthly meeting with regional category buyers
- Develop and manage distribution networks
- Monthly Promoter review meeting
Preferred candidate profile
- Hands-on experience managing national or regional MT chains
Exposure to:
- Direct MT accounts and/or distributor-led MT
- Store-level execution + HO negotiations
Strong understanding of:
- Margins, commercials, P&L impact
- Trade spends and scheme effectiveness
Experience managing:
- MT promoters / merchandisers
- Distributor sales teams
Currently the openings are for Chandigarh, Lucknow, Bangalore and Chennai locations
