We're seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our growing team and help us expand our customer base through direct marketing, client visits, and strategic promotions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and market travel products, including holiday packages, tours, and travel services.
  • Meet clients directly to understand their travel requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Generate leads through field visits, calls, and marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings and travel plans.
  • Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and competitor activities.
  • Handle customer queries, issues, or emergencies in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Marketing Executive (Travel industry preferred).
  • Must possess a two-wheeler and be comfortable meeting clients directly.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional advantage.
  • Strong sales skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Well-versed in various areas of travel — domestic & international, business & leisure, group & individual.
  • Excellent presentation, persuasion, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle crises or client concerns effectively.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a relevant field.
