Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of an injection moulding process, including the set-up, operation, maintenance and repairs of injection moulding tools, equipment and materials.
  • Prepare and produce injection moulded components to specification and ensure their quality.
  • Carrying out moulding tool changes as scheduled or required.
  • Assisting with quality check such First Offs.
  • Completing production paperwork as required.
  • Liaising with the Tool Room and QA departments as required.

Desired Candidate Profile : 

  • Have a high level of experience of injection moulding process and parameters and being able to set up the machine from scratch.
  • Be skilled and experienced in troubleshooting and resolving moulding processes.
  • Have a good understanding of tooling.
  • Fitting and assembling of machines and parts
  • Fabrication work involving welding and metal cutting

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. ITI with 1 to 3 years experience
  2. Know electric arc welding for MS and SS
  3. Practical knowledge for the work processes
