Responsible for planning, setting, and reviewing machine parameters at the time of mould changeover or machine startup.
Responsible for Quality Inspection of extrusion moulded PVC Pipe and casing. Responsible for training and guiding operators in the shift.
Must have complete knowledge of Cutting, Sealing and bag making processes. Must be able to create maintenance plan, work plan, job order as required.
Must be able to generate production reports, improvements reports and process improvement strategies.
