  • Proficiency with computers and standard software applications like Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus. Strong typing speed and accuracy are often required for data-intensive roles.
  • Skills Written communication: Excellent grammar, spelling, and tone to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Attention to detail: Meticulous approach to tasks to ensure accuracy and minimize errors.
  • Time management: Ability to manage workload efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving: Capacity to analyze customer issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
  • Multitasking: Skill to handle multiple customer interactions or tasks simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and guidelines.
  • Work environment This is often an office-based or hybrid role, but remote work is also common. Working in shifts, including night shifts, may be required, especially for international processes.
