  • Customer support: Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally via email, live chat, or social media.
  • Data entry and processing: Accurately enter, verify, and process data, transactions, and customer information into company databases and systems. Document management: Handle back-end documentation tasks, such as reviewing and collecting verified documents and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Problem resolution: Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate teams.
  • Quality assurance: Follow company protocols and process workflows to ensure all tasks are completed with high accuracy and consistency.
  • Performance management: Strive to meet and exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is often preferred. Previous experience in a customer service, back-office, or non-voice role is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with computers and standard software applications like Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus. Strong typing speed and accuracy are often required for data-intensive roles.
  • Skills Written communication: Excellent grammar, spelling, and tone to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Attention to detail: Meticulous approach to tasks to ensure accuracy and minimize errors.
  • Time management: Ability to manage workload efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving: Capacity to analyze customer issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
  • Multitasking: Skill to handle multiple customer interactions or tasks simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and guidelines.
  • Work environment This is often an office-based or hybrid role, but remote work is also common. Working in shifts, including night shifts, may be required, especially for international processes.
