· Produce/draft high-quality reports, including incorporating human intelligence into reports, conveying complex information in a confident, persuasive, and accessible manner, and producing analysis.

· Conduct effective (investigative) public record research on specific targets (individuals/ entities) to highlight potential red flags, background checks related to shareholding/ownership structure of an organisation, key personnel, pending litigation, market reputation, lifestyle, regulatory non-compliance, adverse media checks, credit check, international watch lists, etc.

· Monitor progress, manage risk and verify that critical stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.

· Review the work done (deliverables) by the team members, guide new team members, and delegate work with clearly defined timelines.

· Building positive working-level client relationships.

· Enhance firm and personal brand value.

· Understand the client's business, showcasing discretion and an ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Graduate / Postgraduate in any Commerce or Economics or Arts.

· 2-5 years of experience in business research, due diligence, and intelligence gathering.

Experience in forensics will be an advantage
