About Business Intelligence  This team at Sattva acts as a strategic enabler for data-driven decision-making for the leadership and provides a comprehensive range of analytics and system support, including - ● Dashboarding and Revenue Forecasting ● Sales Enablement through Data-Driven Insights ● Sales and Revenue Analytics ● CRM Design, Implementation, and Business Alignment ● Process Improvement and Systems Building
The team continuously evolves its tools and solutions to meet the changing business needs and to strengthen decision-making, efficiency, and growth enablement across the organisation.

The Opportunity
The Intern will work closely with the Business Intelligence team to support data-driven decision-making and sales enablement within the organisation. This is not a client-facing role. It is designed for someone who is comfortable working with data, highly detail-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate enjoys working with numbers, draws insights from data, and contributes to building strong analytical foundations for business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update sales and revenue dashboards to track key performance metrics.
  • Conduct data cleaning, analysis, and reporting using Google Sheets,
  • Assist in CRM setup and customisation to align with evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Delivery) to gather and validate data inputs.
  • Contribute to revenue forecasting and pipeline analysis by organising and interpreting sales data.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems and reports.
  • Participate in process documentation and improvement initiatives to strengthen data systems and workflows.

Qualifications  Experience:
  • Prior experience in handling large data sets and using Google Sheets for data analysis.

  • Background in Economics, Business, or related fields preferred.

  • Proficient in data analysis and comfortable working with numbers.

  • Self-starter with strong ownership, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
