Telecaller – Real Estate Sales

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our Real Estate Sales Team.

In this role, you will connect with potential customers, explain our ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, generate leads, and help convert them into site visits and sales.

This is a target-based position with attractive incentives and rewards for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients using the company-provided database and other lead sources.
  • Explain property/project details — including location, amenities, pricing, and payment plans — clearly and confidently.
  • Generate and qualify leads through consistent follow-ups and engagement.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers and the field sales team.
  • Maintain an updated record of leads, calls, and interactions in the company CRM.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback from customers to help improve marketing and sales strategies.

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience: 6 months to 3 years in telecalling or inside sales (real estate experience preferred).
  • Education: Minimum 12th pass (PUC or equivalent).
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and at least one regional language (Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Sales Mindset: Target-driven, self-motivated, and positive attitude toward rejection.

Performance Metrics

  • Minimum daily call volume: 80–100 calls
  • Number of qualified leads generated
  • Number of site visits scheduled and completed
  • Achievement of monthly sales targets

Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary: ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
  • Incentives: Attractive commissions for achieving or exceeding targets

Work Schedule

  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Working Days: Wednesday to Monday
  • Weekly Off: Tuesday (or as per company policy)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
