Job Description:

Our company is seeking a Field Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing some of our existing accounts for our company's bakery and restaurant clients. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best packaging solutions for their business.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
  • Manage existing accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through regular visits and follow-up calls.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Work closely with our customer service and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports to management.
  • Achieve sales targets and goals set by management.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a field sales role, preferably in the food service or packaging industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strong customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting for new business.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable owned transportation (scooty/bike).
