Email Marketing Intern
 to join us.

Role Overview

As an Email Marketing Intern, you will play a vital role in 
demand generation and outreach campaigns
. You'll work closely with our growth and sales teams to research, build, and execute targeted email campaigns that connect with key decision-makers across industries. This role is hands-on and results-driven, giving you the opportunity to learn real-world marketing automation while directly contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Sourcing & Data Management

  • Research and extract qualified prospect data using platforms such as , Clay, Lusha, and ZoomInfo
    .
  • Build and maintain structured prospect lists for targeted campaigns.

Campaign Execution

  • Set up and run manual email outreach as well as automated campaigns.
  • Personalize email sequences to maximize engagement and response rates.
  • Ensure compliance with deliverability best practices and email marketing guidelines.

Demand Generation Goals

  • Drive connections with multiple stakeholders (5+ POCs per target account)
     to strengthen account penetration.
  • Track outreach results and optimize messaging for higher conversion.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with sales and growth teams to align messaging with business goals.
  • Provide weekly reports on campaign performance, open rates, response rates, and lead conversions.

What We're Looking For

  • Current student or recent graduate in 
    Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
    .
  • Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools, outreach platforms, or CRMs (a plus).
  • Analytical mindset to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently.
