Role Overview:

We are looking for a Fresher Recruiter who is energetic, proactive, and eager to build a career in recruitment. You should have basic computer knowledge and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and engage with potential candidates
  • Use recruitment tools and platforms to build a talent pipeline
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
  • Assist in writing job descriptions and posting them on job portals
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate data and communication
  • Provide regular updates to candidates and hiring managers

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree Compulsory
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Comfortable with telecalling and coordination tasks
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field
