F&B Hostess Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Hostess to join our team at Radisson Goa. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
