We are looking for a Technical Consultant & QA Tester to join our team of web and mobile experts. If you have a strong understanding of websites, mobile apps, and modern tech stacks — and can bridge the gap between technical development and client communication — this role is for you.

BONUS SKILLS:

Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, ReactJS, PHP, Flutter, React Native, and MySQL Database will give you a strong edge.

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:

Consulting & Planning

  • Create website setups, flowcharts, and testing blueprints for projects.
  • Research and recommend the best themes, plugins, extensions, and apps for client projects.
  • Study modern websites and mobile apps to bring fresh ideas and creative solutions.

Project Coordination

  • Act as a bridge between developers, designers, and clients — ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
  • Convert leads into potential customers by preparing and sending professional proposals.
  • Write project case studies for our website and maintain portfolio sites for showcasing to future clients.

Quality Assurance & Support

  • Conduct end-to-end website and mobile app testing for performance, usability, and functionality.
  • Provide technical customer support through calls and messages.
  • Handle basic server administration and CRM management.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong communication skills — fluent in spoken and written English with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
  • Attention to detail and a drive for perfection.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with knowledge or interest in Web and Mobile App technologies.
  • Familiarity with Web Design, Development, Digital Marketing, etc.
  • Comfortable with tools like Microsoft Word/Excel and CRM systems.
