Crossroads School of Music, owned by renowned Indian music director Alphons Joseph, is a leading music school dedicated to nurturing talent and inspiring creativity. We're launching a new music course, and we're looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our admissions team.

Job Description:

Crossroads School of Music is looking for an experienced and motivated Telecaller to handle student admission calls for our new music course. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling or sales and be comfortable working towards monthly admission targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with prospective students and parents.
  • Provide information about our music courses, fees, and schedules.
  • Convince and guide students through the admission process.
  • Maintain call records, follow-ups, and lead details in Excel or CRM.
  • Meet admission and enrollment targets.
  • Coordinate with the admissions and management team for updates.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
  • Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Should be polite, confident, and persuasive over the phone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹15,000.00 per month
