  • experience in BI development or data analytics roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with COGNOS BI (Report Studio, Query Studio, Framework Manager).
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL including writing complex queries, functions, and performance tuning.
  • Understanding of AWS cloud fundamentals (S3, EC2, RDS, IAM, etc.).
  • Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using COGNOS BI.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Work with PostgreSQL databases to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for reporting and analytics.
  • Apply AWS Fundamentals to support cloud-based data storage, compute, and analytics workflows.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across BI solutions.
  • Support data governance and security best practices in cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize BI reports and database queries for performance.
  • Document BI processes, data models, and reporting standards.
