Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer located in Chennai. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs, assessing training needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, conducting training sessions, providing feedback to participants, and working closely with other departments to ensure training alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Technical Training, Training & Development, and as a Technical Trainer
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and deliver training programs effectively
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the educational or training sector is a plus
