About Us

Thank U Bakery is a social enterprise initiated by the Indian Association for the Blind (IAB), employing differently abled individuals and running multiple bakery outlets across Tamil Nadu. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage accounting, statutory compliance, and client reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Tally entries (including bulk data export and reconciliation).
  • Manage GST, PF, and ESI compliance, filing, and reporting.
  • Support statutory audits with accurate records and Excel reports.
  • Prepare financial statements, ledgers, and cash flow reports.
  • Coordinate with banks for day-to-day transactions, reconciliations, and documentation.
  • Report to management and clients on financial status.
  • Work closely with auditors and support compliance requirements.
  • Travel internally to outlets/banks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounts/Finance.
  • 3–5 years' experience in accounts handling (experience in auditor's office is highly preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime with ability to handle bulk entries.
  • Good understanding of GST, PF, ESI rules and compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and system-based accounting tools.
  • Strong organizational, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Female candidates only.

Preferred Profile

  • Candidates with prior experience in statutory audits or auditor's office.
  • Willingness to travel internally for bank coordination and outlet visits.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
