Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for revenue growth through building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts receivable/payable transactions, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Manage vendor invoices, process payments, and ensure timely disbursement of funds.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances with clients.
- Coordinate with project managers and other departments to track project costs and expenses.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and performance reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and reconciliations as required.
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and laws.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by management.

**Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, ERP, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
