About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Communication Trainer
to join our team in Beed. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in teaching
Phonics
and
LSRW (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The role requires dedication, creativity, and the ability to enhance students' communication skills in a structured and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions on Phonics and LSRW for students.
  • Design and deliver interactive lessons to improve communication skills.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain class discipline and ensure an engaging learning environment.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to align with curriculum requirements.
  • Prepare necessary reports and documentation related to student performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching / communication training.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Phonics
    and
    LSRW methodology
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in English / Education / Communication or a related field.
  • Excellent command over English language (spoken and written).
  • Ability to engage and motivate students of different age groups.
  • Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
