About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Communication Trainer to join our team in Beed. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in teaching Phonics and LSRW (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The role requires dedication, creativity, and the ability to enhance students communication skills in a structured and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training sessions on Phonics and LSRW for students.
- Design and deliver interactive lessons to improve communication skills.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain class discipline and ensure an engaging learning environment.
- Collaborate with the academic team to align with curriculum requirements.
- Prepare necessary reports and documentation related to student performance.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching / communication training.
- Strong knowledge of Phonics and LSRW methodology.
- Bachelor's degree in English / Education / Communication or a related field.
- Excellent command over English language (spoken and written).
- Ability to engage and motivate students of different age groups.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
