Job Responsibilities – Production Executive (Food Processing & Seasoning / Pouch Packing)

  • Oversee daily production operations in food processing, seasoning, mixing, and pouch-packing units to ensure smooth workflow and on-time output.
  • Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and machine schedules to achieve production targets efficiently.
  • Monitor product quality at each stage of processing, seasoning, and packing, ensuring compliance with food safety standards (FSSAI/HACCP/ISO).
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Coordinate with procurement, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams to maintain adequate raw material stock, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely dispatch.
  • Supervise machine operations such as mixers, roasters, blenders, form–fill–seal machines, and pouch-packing lines.
  • Track production data, maintain logs, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports.
  • Identify process improvements to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and optimize production costs.
  • Train and guide line operators and workers on production techniques, safety practices, and quality protocols.
  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
  • Ensure proper packaging standards, including sealing quality, weight accuracy, batch coding, and labeling.
  • Maintain workplace safety by implementing safety protocols and monitoring compliance across the facility.
  • Support new product trials, seasoning formulation adjustments, and packaging development activities.
