Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Consultant located in Noida. The Academic Consultant will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to students, developing and implementing educational strategies, coaching individuals to achieve their academic goals, and liaising with educational partners. Additionally, the consultant will conduct workshops, offer consultancy services, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the educational programs offered by CareerFly HigherEd.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Consulting skills
  • Experience in Education and Coaching
  • Proficiency in Sales and ability to drive program enrollments
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of digital learning platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Management, or related field
