About the Role
NetAmbit Value First is looking for a dynamic Academic Counselor who can guide students in shaping their academic and career journeys. If you're passionate about student success, have strong counseling skills, and experience in selling courses & driving enrollments, this role is for you
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students to help them define and achieve academic & career goals.
- Guide students through available programs and assist in course selection.
- Drive student enrollment by effectively presenting courses and benefits.
- Develop and implement effective counseling strategies.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure student success.
- Communicate with parents/guardians when required.
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills (mandatory).
- 1–3 years of proven experience as an Academic Counselor.
- Strong background in course selling / student enrollment.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to connect with students, faculty, and parents.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with students in an academic environment.
- Knowledge of career development practices.
- Familiarity with educational tools & software.
