Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Facilitate the development of a high-performing leadership team, providing coaching and mentoring to executives.

  • Employee Relations and Culture:

  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and create a positive, inclusive work environment.

  • Manage complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to senior leaders.

  • HR Policy and Compliance:

  • Ensure that HR policies and practices are aligned with legal requirements and best practices.

  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, providing guidance on employment law matters.

  • HR Metrics and Reporting:

  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.

  • Prepare and present reports to the executive team on HR performance, including key metrics such as turnover, engagement, and diversity.
  • Lead initiatives to improve HR processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
