Job Title: Engineering Project Manager - Mechanical

Must to have skills:

  1. 10 years + Experience in Project & Manpower Management

  3. In-depth interaction with Onsite clients

  4. Proven Leadership skills

  5. Sound fundamentals in basic Engineering

  6. SPM Design / Casting / Plastic product design experience is Must

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manpower management experience in services - Engineering / Design / Detailing preferably in remote engineering outfits or out sourced engineering service provider or captive engineering centers of top notch multinational.

  2. Smooth management of teams for cost-effective results

  3. Account management for long-term sustaining accounts

  4. Capable of managing Quality situations – Quality assurance system knowledge, building quality methods, etc.

  5. Drive strategic programs and directly supervise the activities of reporting Design / Sr. Design Engineers, Project Leads. Ensure that all technical project requirements are captured, prioritized and delivered to the correct standards and quality with the required rigor and visibility by the project & engineering teams.

  6. High level Program Management Experience with managing 3D work using software packages such as ProE / SWK / CATIA / NX / Inventor

  7. Involve in Technical panel for Recruitment Process for hiring right talent in the organization.

  8. Preparation of project plan, project schedule, resource plan and project budget with engineering and project team.

  9. Mentoring and motivating Project Leads to ensure efficiency in process operations and fulfillment of individual and company objectives.

Desired Skill Set:

  1. B. Tech - Mechanical / Production with a minimum 15 years of work Experience

  2. Good knowledge on 3D modelling software (SolidWorks / Pro-E / Autodesk Inventor)

  3. Ability to work & manage projects in a pressurized environment and prioritize when decisions are taken

  4. QA Lead Auditor Certification would be plus.

  5. Exposure to International Customer Relationship management.

  6. Hands-on skill in solid modelling & surface modelling

  7. Incumbent having Valid USA B1 VISA would be plus.

  8. Basic understanding of Information Security Management system
