– Oversee the procurement, stocking, and distribution of office supplies for HO & Site.

Telecom :
- PRI lines / Sim cards / Data card – HO & Site

Travel Management Services :
Manage the travel & oversee employee travel ( Domestic & International ) / consultant / vendor partners – Airlines / Guest Houses / Hotels / Taxi etc – HO & Site

Courier :
Managing mail room and transactions around – Channelize Group ties for cost efficiency.

The Admin Team Member will support the overall administration operations at the Mumbai corporate office and multiple renewable energy sites.

This role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of office activities, coordinating with vendors, managing facilities, and providing support in various administrative functions to ensure a productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in day-to-day administration tasks, including facilities management, office supplies procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Supporting the administration team in managing logistical operations across multiple locations, especially during critical business activities and events.
  • Coordinating with external service providers for housekeeping, security, and maintenance services to ensure a conducive work environment.
  • Helping maintain compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies related to administration operations.
  • Handling administrative requests and queries from employees in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assisting in the management of guest houses and transportation services for site employees and visitors.
