We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant with strong exposure to AI-driven features, Copilot, Power Platform AI, and Azure AI integrations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to implement, customize, and optimize D365 applications while leveraging AI capabilities for automation, insights, and productivity.

Key ResponsibilitiesDynamics 365 Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize modules across D365 CE / CRM / Customer Service / Sales / Field Service or D365 F&O (as per project needs).
  • Improve business processes using model-driven apps, workflows, and custom business logic.
  • Design and implement data models, business rules, dashboards, and role-based security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand functional and technical requirements.
  • Support integration of D365 with external systems (Azure, Power Platform, APIs).

AI / Copilot Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Copilot for Dynamics 365, enabling AI features for Sales, Service, and other modules.
  • Build and deploy AI components using AI Builder (document processing, sentiment analysis, prediction models).
  • Work with Copilot Studio to create or customize AI assistants and chatbots.
  • Integrate Azure OpenAI / Cognitive Services for advanced AI features.
  • Provide insights on predictive scoring, forecasting, customer sentiment, and data-driven automation.

Technical Skills Required

  • Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM or F&O customization and configuration.
  • Good understanding of Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Experience with AI tools:

  • Azure OpenAI / Cognitive Services
  • Copilot Studio

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80, ₹1,300,000.35 per month
