Job Summary:

As the Store Manager at Taneira, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store. You will be in charge of managing a team of sales associates and ensuring that the store meets its sales targets. Your role will also involve maintaining the store's inventory, creating visual merchandising displays, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets

• Train and develop staff on product knowledge, customer service, and store policies
