  • Previous experience as an HR Recruiter (for experienced candidates).Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.

  • Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, job boards, Recruitment Portal like etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various methods.
  • Evaluate applicants relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Negotiate salaries and benefits packages.
  • Design and implement recruiting systems for the organization
  • Develop own network of suitable candidates
  • Handle administration and record-keeping
  • Work with organizations to develop a recruitment plan
  • Execute recruitment plans efficiently
  • Draft and post job descriptions

Preferred candidate profile

  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Previous experience as an HR Recruiter (for experienced candidates).
  • A minimum of a bachelors degree in human resources management or a related discipline.
