Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Lead located in Tada. The Maintenance Lead will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment, implementing preventive maintenance strategies, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of all machinery. Daily tasks involve coordinating maintenance activities, reporting on equipment status, and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair
  • Proficiency in implementing Preventive Maintenance strategies
  • Experience in Troubleshooting and solving maintenance problems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is beneficial
