Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Python Django Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our

dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Python development and extensive

experience working with the Django framework. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and

implementing web applications using Django, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver

high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Python and Django framework.
  • Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the applications.
  • Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and implement fixes in a timely manner.
  • Keep up to date with the latest technologies and trends in web development.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, front-end developers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Continuously optimize application performance and improve user experience.
  • Document code and technical specifications for future reference.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Python development.
  • Strong proficiency in Django framework and ORM.
  • Solid understanding of web development concepts such as RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and HTTP protocols.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
