who can elevate this vision through striking motion graphics and immersive 3D visuals.

Role Overview

We're looking for a highly creative, detail-obsessed
Graphic Motion & 3D Designer
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who lives in the intersection of motion design, visual storytelling, and product-focused 3D rendering.

Your work will shape the brand's video identity across social media, digital campaigns, product launches, packaging demos, and brand storytelling. With
70% motion graphics
and
30% 3D design
, you'll collaborate with the creative, strategy, and performance teams to bring concepts to life that not only look stunning but also drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Motion Graphics

  • Create high-impact motion graphics for ads, product explainers, reels, and brand videos.
  • Develop animated typography, transitions, visual effects, and kinetic layouts.
  • Collaborate on storyboards, visual styles, and motion concepts that align with brand storytelling.
  • Adapt animations into multiple aspect ratios and formats for various platforms (IG, Meta Ads, YT).
  • Innovate new visual treatments, styles, and contemporary motion techniques.

3D Design

  • Create realistic or stylized 3D product renders, packaging shots, and animation sequences.
  • Build basic 3D scenes, textures, lighting setups, and product simulations.
  • Work with the team to integrate 3D assets into motion graphics and video ads.
  • Develop 3D variations for campaign concepts, product storytelling, and hero visuals.

General Creative & Production

  • Maintain visual and brand consistency across all creative outputs.
  • Use AI tools, templates, and asset libraries to speed up production without compromising quality.
  • Organize project files, layered assets, and animation templates for streamlined workflows.
  • Stay updated with design + motion trends, social platform formats, and performance-first creative approaches.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in motion graphics and/or 3D design.
  • Strong command over
    After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
    .
  • Proficiency in at least one 3D software:
    Blender, Cinema4D, Maya, or similar
    .
  • Good understanding of lighting, materials, and rendering workflows.
  • Experience creating digital ad creatives or performance-driven visuals is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent sense of timing, visual rhythm, typography, and composition.
  • Ability to manage multiple creative tasks and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment with new concepts, styles, and technologies.
  • Basic sound design understanding is a bonus.
